We would like to have our schedule health outlook (actuals if they exist, scheduled dates otherwise) compared to a baseline to calculate scheduled health.
We need to have an updated workplan as part of the project (latest outlook on scheduled dates). However updating the scheduled end dates means the schedule health will always be green. We currently capture a baseline at the end of requirements and we'd like to be able to compare our outstanding tasks against this baseline to determine if a schedule is in trouble. Any insights you can provide to help us close this gap would be much appreciated.

We're already leveraging the baseline report and it's very helpful. However, we want Schedule Health to be determined by comparing the actual or scheduled task dates against the baselined task dates. (Currently, health compares scheduled end dates against actual end dates. Since Scheduled dates are regularly updated to reflect latest outlook, our scheduledhealth is always green. )

Well I don't think changing the way Schedule Health is calculated would be an easy task, since it is integral to PPM. But you could easily create a portlet that could calculate health status based on the delta between current & baseline...
